Spring is definitely here, with longer evenings and (generally) warmer days.
Thanks for subscribing to our newsletter., and welcome if this is the first email you’ve received from us (normally I do one a month)

Time to Talk Mental Health UK is a fully confidential social media-based peer support group for those who wish to talk about their mental health with others who understand. We’re led by and for people with mental health conditions aged over 18 and living in the UK & we’ve currently got just over 3200 members on our safe and secure platform.

I’ve two big items for this months newsletter,
1) the  Great Big Eurovision Sweepstake  – our annual fundraising campaign focused on the Eurovision song contest.
2) Loneliness Awareness Week

We’ve already had 396 entries for this years Eurovision Sweepstake, which means, we have a prize pot that totals £396 and the same amount coming to the charity, To find out more, see  The Great Big Eurovision TTT Sweepstake 2026.  For those that have entered, I will be arranging the ZOOM call to map your entries to specific countries later this week.  It will also be a good chance to  have a (very brief) listen to all the entries and learn some totally useless trivia about them!

As you may know Loneliness is a big cause of mental health problems, so we are excited to mention this years Loneliness Awareness Week, in June. There will be more details in  next months newsletter. The week is hosted by Marmalade Trust, and is the world’s largest campaign to inspire conversations about loneliness and promote connection activities happening across the world.  It goes hand in hand with our own Action On Loneliness project we launched a while back.
