Join us as we begin a regular series of self esteem exercises in the group, informed by the Six Self Esteem Pillars from the NHS and Mind;

  • Recognise what you’re good at
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Learn to be assertive
  • Start saying no
  • Give yourself a challenge

Beginning with goal setting, we will be working on several themes to help improve our self esteem and build confidence.
