We missed out a newsletter at the start of last month, I’d like to say that it was because we felt we needed time off in preparing it over Summer, to take advantage of the sunny weather, but it was more to do with the fact I was a little ill, and took 2 weeks off work. I’m back to full health now, and eager to share this month’s Newsletter.
In it we have some very exciting news. We are launching our Wellbeing Program “Positive Minds”, and we’ve a number of events for you to tune in to to help you on your wellbeing journey.
