The festive season is hard for a lot of people, it’s easy to miss things that we don’t have anymore, whether that be friends and relatives or good health.
It’s good to have strategies in place to help you through the difficult times.
It’s important to not just do things, because “it’s always been done that way”.
When we lose things, whether that be people, jobs, good health, or any of life’s struggles, the new normal is different, and it’s a good time to review how we are.
The most important thing to do is to connect with people. That could be just a few “hellos” to people who live nearby, a message to a friend you haven’t kept in contact with , or an online support forum (such as Time To Talk)
