October 10th is World Mental Health day, an annual event aimed at global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. Mental health is something we all have, it can be good or bad, at any time.
However to help your mental health there are a few things that can help.
We are encouraged to eat a variety of 5 fruits and veg a day, but for our own wellbeing we can do 5 things each and everyday:
- Connect to people
- Being Active
- Being Mindful
- Keep Learning
And don’t forget if you need to reach out then make sure you talk to somebody. If you are short of ideas then take a look at the services TTT offers or one of our partners.
